Haley is an experienced accounting professional with over eight years in public and private accounting. She began her career at Ernst & Young in Boston, MA, spending more than five years in commercial assurance. There, she led audits for large accelerated filers and biotech companies, managed teams, and built strong client relationships.

Since 2022, Haley has worked at EDGE, supporting clients with day-to-day accounting, SEC reporting, and technical accounting issues. Her clients range from mid-sized public companies to early-stage biotech firms, and she partners closely with both internal teams and client leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Known for her proactive, precise, and relationship-driven approach, Haley takes pride in identifying issues, improving processes, and delivering high-quality, tailored results. Haley holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
