Rays is an established finance leader with over two decades of experience supporting both private and public companies. She has held controller roles across a wide range of industries, including software, clean energy, and SaaS. Rays began her career at Arthur Andersen in Shanghai, China, and later spent 5 years with Ernst & Young in San Jose, California, where she advanced to manager in the audit practice.

Known for her strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities, she is particularly passionate about harnessing technology to streamline and enhance finance operations. Rays holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
