Jane is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including deep expertise in audit, compliance management, SEC reporting, and a variety of technical accounting matters. She has held leadership roles at private and public companies spanning a multitude of industries, including technology, biotech and biopharma, and fintech. Early in her career, Jane worked as an auditor and consultant with Ernst & Young in Vienna, Austria.

Jane is recognized for her versatility, sharp analytical skills and resourcefulness. She holds a Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University and a bachelor's degree in Economics / International Area Studies and a Specialization in Computing from the University of California, Los Angeles. Jane is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a Certified Internal Auditor.
